Challenge
The main task was to redesign the key flows of the current project : search, onboarding of new users and teachers in the system and the process of booking and paying for courses. As well as the transfer of the current product to a single flexible design system.
Goal
We analyzed the current solution in terms of design and usability, review a lot of feedback from current users, interviewed stakeholders and teachers to find all the inputs for design changes. Then we made a plan, proposed a concept, tested it and created a design solutions that meets all user requests and improves their experience, as well as meets the business goals of the product.
Result
We successfully redesigned the key flows—search, user and teacher onboarding, and course booking/payment—by analyzing the current solution, gathering user feedback, and interviewing stakeholders. This led to a well-informed design strategy, tested and implemented with a flexible system that improved usability and aligned with business goals. The new design streamlined onboarding, simplified the search and booking processes, and increased user satisfaction, ensuring a cohesive, scalable product that enhances user experience and supports business growth.
